Compact yet robust, the Tomcat h1000E (S3970-U) offers support for a single AMD Opteron™ 2000 dual core/quad core series processor. The S3970-U also provides other great features like PCI-X and PCI expansion slot support, built-in video, SATA, IPMI 2.0 remote management option, TARO™ add-on storage card support, and up to (8) DIMMs of DDR2 Registered memory, all in an ATX form factor.
