* Updated CPU support to add Irwindale 2MB L2 Cache CPU's

* Fixed issue where you can't boot from RedHat (x32) 7.3 CD-ROM when using
an IDE RAID configuration
* Fixed an issue where you can't boot to an OS when using a PCI SCSI card
on the M2043 riser card from PCI slot 2 or 3 under any Linux distribution
* Fixed a problem where Power On after Power Failure option in BIOS does not
bring the system back up from a power failure
