platform today, expanding Tyan's broad line of multi-processor systemboards. The Tiger 230 features a dual-socket design, providing the ability to accept either one or two Intel® Pentium® III processors. This type of scalability is ideal for entry-level workstations, as well as power-users that demand leading-edge performance at an affordable price.
Scalability and Affordability The Tiger 230 is the perfect Internet platform for power-users on a budget. With support for one or two processors, as well as up to 2 gigabytes of system memory, the Tiger 230
provides the processing power and memory capacity necessary now, with plenty of room for future expansion. This scalability enables users to meet their performance and budgetary requirements.

the Tiger 230 includes a 4x AGP slot that can accept a high-performance graphics accelerator. All these features, when combined with plenty of high-speed PC133 memory, provide outstanding performance for workstation
