Tyan® Moves Headquarters to Taiwan
September 25, 2002 - Tyan® announced its
grand opening of its new headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan. The event marked its official conglomeration with MiTAC International Corporation, one of the world's largest integrated networking solution providers. The
move to Taiwan supports Tyan's intent of being in the center of the technology market in Asia, a region best known for its competitiveness and growth in computer design, production, and research. Moving its
operations in Asia places Tyan at an advantage of being closer to its manufacturing factories and having better access to Research and Develpment resources.
