Where can I get a PS/2 Adapter?

You should order a PS/2 adapter from the dealer where you purchased your motherboard.  If they do not carry the item, they will be able to special order it for you.  Please visit a local reseller near you.
 

Note: the pinouts on the motherboard side refer to the pins on the motherboard, not the pins on the cable.
