TYAN Crafts Compelling HPC Solutions Supporting Intel® Xeon® Processors

The GA80-B7081 is a 1U, dual-socket system that accommodates up to three Xeon Phi modules. Tyan recommends the Intel Xeon Processor E5-2600 v3 and the Xeon Phi 5110P. The "pizza box" form factor and integrated 1+1 1600W power redundancy make the GA80-B7081 an excellent fit for ISVs, universities, and similar buyers looking for parallelized application development or proof of concept (PoC) solution deployment.

The FT77C-B7079 is another dual-socket platform targeted at the E5-2600 v3, but the 4U chassis can fit up to eight Xeon Phi coprocessor modules (7120P suggested). With this 1:2 CPU:coprocessor ratio, the FT77C-B7079 provides for highly parallelized application deployment in various high performance computing segments.

The FT76-B7922 is a 4U, quad-socket platform (Xeon E7-4800/8800 v3 recommended) built for up to four Xeon Phi modules. An 8 x 12 DIMM riser design allows for a massive maximum of 12,288GB of LRDIMM 3DS memory. A 1:1 CPU:coprocessor ratio makes the FT76-B7922 a hybrid platform ideal for applications in which balancing task parallelism and data parallelism is a key priority.
