TYAN makes no warranties to the usability of a BIOS on our website and are made available to the public on an "as-is" basis. Upgrading a BIOS without knowing the implications may cause serious adverse affects. Please do not upgrade a BIOS unless directed to do so by a qualified support technician. TYAN is not able to replace mis-used or damaged BIOS chips in the event of a BIOS flash failure. Please contact your dealer for replacements or warranty service.

- Replaced all of strings "To Be Filled By O.E.M." with "empty" in the SMBIOS
- Support that showed up warning message "CMOS or NVRAM was cleared!! Restored setup defaults!!" after clear CMOS or NVRAM

**Please note upgrade to Haswell Refresh CPU requires ME update Flash BIOS with ME update from V1.01 to 1.02 STEP by STEP:

01) Extract to your bootable USB Storage
02) Power on your system and boot to DOS
03) Reboot system and enter to BIOS Setup Menu
04) Select Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration >> Firmware Update Configuration >>> Me FW Image Re-Flash [Enabled]
05) Press F4, then select Yes and press Enter
06) Waiting for system boot to DOS
07) Run flashME.bat
08) If you read the message "WARNING : System must power-off to have the changes take effect!", please power off your system
09) Then power on your system and enter BIOS Setup Menu : Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration to check ME Firmware whether was updated.
10) Exit to BIOS Setup Menu and Done
