1. Go to the Tyan Website: http://www.tyan.com/support_faq.aspx
    
2. Click the Instant Tech Support Help section to take you to the Customer Creation Screen
   
   
    
3. Click Create New Account
   
   
    
4. You must fill in all fields that have a * next to it.
   
   
    
5. If you purchase directly from Tyan then please put your Company name directly in the Company Name field.
    
6. If you purchase from any  3rd party sources (online, local stores, etc.) that do not include directly from Tyan then put Distribution Customer in the Company Name field.
